| Here She is, Queen of Queens on her own page. I was haphazardly wandering around on DMOZ.com wondering why on earth they hadn't listed my website yet when I decided to look around on some of the sites that were listed. I came across this picture of Hale (below) at 6 months. |

| I took one look at that contrast and called the owner that day. I had never liked marbles, and I wasn't really in the market for a queen, but I had to have her. Strangely, while the breeder could have been anywhere, it turned out that they were a 20 minute drive from my house. That weekend I drove down and picked her up. I'm still trying to reconcile in my mind how she didn't sell to someone else in her first 6 months, but it was fate and she is mine now. =) She grew up in a house with big dogs, a serval, and a bunch of other cats. Hale always lets you know when she doesn't like what you're doing. =) She listens when I tell her no, which is a very odd personality trait for a bengal. She is a princess among princesses. She scored 410 points in her first show, and had the misfortune of showing in the same show as the latest SGC Silver, who finalled over her in every ring. I expect in another show she could champion. She has a nice profile, good type, a beautiful coat that I kid you not is like an otters. People talk about pelts, and I thought some of my cats were soft. Hale blows away every coat I have ever felt. She is glittered, embossed(her dark fur is slightly longer than her background fur), and she's just simply a stunning creature. I can't wait to see what she can do in breeding. Her pattern is also still developing. She is rosetted and has really exotic tendrilous patterning inside all of her markings. It only shows up on her shoulder in pictures. |
